Nick Bearden serves as Vice President and Financial Advisor. He holds a degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama. With 18 years of experience, he is dedicated to making meaningful and lasting impacts on the lives of clients and the community he serves. His expertise allows him to excel in taking a holistic approach to financial well-being, aligning perfectly with SmartBank’s commitment. Aside from his professional endeavors, Nick is deeply committed to community service. He currently serves as head coach for the varsity boys golf team at Holy Spirit Catholic School, as Vice President of the Transylvania County Endowment Advisory Board (Transylvania County, NC), and as a board member of Caring Congregation, INC. He is also a two-time past President and Board member of The Haven-Homeless Shelter and is an active Rotarian who has previously served as Club President and Assistant Governor, Rotary District 7670.
