In this role, Garcia will focus on cultivating new business opportunities supporting deposit relationships and expanding treasury management services for prospective clients. “We’re thrilled to have Rachel join our team as we continue growing in the Chattanooga market. Garcia joins SmartBank with experience as a Deposit Operations and Treasury Manager. She brings a comprehensive understanding of banking operations combined with a client-first focused delivery.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business with an emphasis in marketing and management from Bryan College, graduating in 2018, and earned her master’s degree in business administration in 2020.
