Welsh brings 15 years of banking experience to the role, where she will focus on cultivating long-term client partnerships and supporting the bank’s ongoing regional growth.

Welsh’s background is rooted in operational execution and commercial relationship management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Auburn University, alongside Alabama professional licenses in life and health, and property and casual insurance.
Beyond her professional portfolio, Welsh is highly active in local leadership. She currently serves as a board member for the Madison City Schools Board of Education, an ambassador for the Madison Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of both the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce and NALCOM, North America’s premier commercial real estate network.
