He is a proud graduate of Shorter University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in History. Additionally, he holds an Education Specialist degree and a Master of Education in Leadership and Administration, both from Lincoln Memorial University. Beyond his professional endeavors, Carter co-founded Live and Love Ministries and The Journey Ministries.
