Haven Duff has been promoted to Lee County Market President. In her new role, Duff will leverage her extensive expertise in commercial credit, deposit operations, and treasury management to drive the bank’s continued success.

Faison will oversee the Auburn and Montgomery, AL and Columbus, GA markets, reinforcing the bank’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and innovative financial solutions across these markets. He brings extensive leadership experience and a proven ability to foster strong client and community relationships.
As part of these changes, Andy Hardin, who has been serving as Lee County Area President, will transition to a role where he will support the development of SmartBank’s Executive Leadership Program and assist with commercial business development across the bank’s footprint.
