Marler has served as the Mobile Branch Manager for the past three years, where she played a key role in opening the branch. Throughout her time with SmartBank, she has prioritized building strong relationships with clients, team members, and the community.
With a banking career that began as a teller, Marler advanced through roles such as Retail Operations Manager and Relationship Banker. This diverse background has provided her with valuable experience in operations, customer service, and leadership.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Marler is an active board member of a local non-profit supporting domestic violence victims, reflecting her dedication to community service.
