TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – April 4, 2018 – SmartBank, a subsidiary of SmartFinancial, Inc., recently announced the formation of its local board of directors in Tuscaloosa which will serve to give insight and make recommendations for anticipated growth through relationship-fueled opportunities.
