CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – April 18, 2017 – SmartBank recently announced the officer promotions of Sandy Hobbs and Moira Smith.

Sandy Hobbs has been named First Vice President, Director of Branch Administration. She has served the local banking community for more than 20 years. She is active in her local Chattanooga community including her work with the Chattanooga Food Bank, Y-CAP and various YMCA programs. She and her husband, Tim, are involved with her church community at City Church.
Moira Smith has been named Banking Officer, Compliance & CRA Officer. She holds more than 20 years of financial experience, including her Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager Certification (CRCM) and an Associate of Science degree from Chattanooga State Community College. In her free time, she enjoys paddle boarding, hiking and camping with her husband, Will, and two children, Hayden and Kate. She and her family attend Church of the Highlands in Harrison, Tennessee.
