SmartBank partners with local volunteer fire department Jun 11, 2014 SmartBank recently partnered with the Caton’s Chapel-Richardson’s Cove Volunteer Fire department to finance their newest facility. SmartBank officials, Bobby Castle, Missy Williams and Marc Robertson, were on hand for the ground breaking ceremony on Friday, June 6th, 2014. Senior Vice President, Marc Robertson, said, “We understand the importance of volunteer fire departments in our community and are proud to be the financing partner for this newest station.”
