Kimberley D. Ammons was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Officer. Kimberley has more than 22 years of Human Resources experience and has been with SmartBank since inception, 2 years ago. She is finishing her Bachelors Degree in Organizational Management with a concentration in Human Resources at Tusculum College. Kimberley is a 2003 graduate of Leadership Tomorrow and is actively involved with the Dr. Robert F. Thomas Foundation. She resides in Seymour where she is a member of Bethel United Methodist Church and is the daughter of Sadie and the late Willie J. Ammons, Jr.
Kelley L. Fowler was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Public Relations & Marketing Officer. Kelley has more than 20 years experience in the banking industry and will lead SmartBank’s expansion with specialized retail banking programs as well as oversee the direction of marketing and public relations efforts. Kelley has also been with the bank since its opening in January 2007. She is a 2005 graduate of Leadership Tomorrow and a charter member of the Sevierville Civitan club. Kelley resides in Sevierville with her husband, Michael, and their triplets, Emma, Riley and Logan, age 3 ½.
