PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. – Another veteran loan officer has decided to join the ranks of the new SmartBank. Cathy Reed, whose career started with First National Bank of Gatlinburg and who was most recently with BB&T, has been in the banking industry in Sevier County for 37 years.
