Becca received her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Tusculum College. Becca joins SmartBank with 17 years of experience in the human resources field. Most recently, Becca served as the Director of Human Resources for Weigel’s. Her areas of expertise include talent acquisition, employee relations, strategic planning, benefits administration and learning and development. She holds both her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Safety Professional Certifications. Additionally, Becca is affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management, Tennessee Valley Human Resources Association and the Knoxville Area Urban League. She resides in Knoxville with her husband and two children.
