SmartBank has added SmartPay to their expansive collection of online banking solutions. The new service gives clients a fast and easy way to send and receive money straight from their checking accounts, removing the hassle of writing and depositing checks.

“SmartBank always strives to provide a smarter banking experience,” said Kelley Fowler, First Vice President, Marketing & Public Relations Officer. “We are excited to offer this new service to our clients to continue furthering that goal.”

SmartPay gives clients the convenience they are looking for to compliment their busy lifestyles, and it is free for all SmartBank clients. Users of the service will have the ability to send payments to anyone with as little information as their mobile number or a working email address.

To get started using SmartPay, clients simply need to log in to their SmartBank online banking account, select the “bill payment” tab and choose “SmartPay” from the left menu. From there, just follow a few easy steps for a quick and effortless transfer.
