Be advised that if you receive a phone call on behalf of MasterCard stating that your card is locked, this is a fraudulent phone call so you should not enter your card number.

Please remember that neither MasterCard nor SmartBank will call and ask for your debit card number. If you feel that you’ve inadvertently compromised your debit card number by providing this information to anyone, please call the Fraud Department at 800.500.1044.
